I had a terrible experience at Magic Memories Phoenixville. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I waited in line for over an hour just to get my photo taken. When it was finally my turn, the photographer rushed through the process and didn't bother to ask if I was happy with the result. The whole experience felt like they were just trying to get as many people through as possible, without any care for customer satisfaction. I definitely won't be going back.
