Mysterious Magical Girls
These two girls appear in the new Yachiyo/Mifuyu event, and I am absolutely in love with their designs. They look super cute on their own, and adorable together as a pair, too!
I'm pretty sure the blue girl was in another event previously (or was it a similar-looking blue girl with no eyes?), but this seems to be the first time the pink girl has shown up. I'm wondering what their deal is because they seem to be anonymous characters: no name, not even a ". " which implies that their name is unknown for now but will be revealed later. Their eyes being completely obscured also seems to allude to the possibility that they aren't important or worth paying much attention to. But the fact that they got actual designs and 2D models, complete with their own unique movements/gestures, seems to indicate otherwise? Some other important and named characters (like Sena Mikoto, Yuu, Itsuki Inui etc.) weren't even given proper designs.
I really don't see the point in designing characters and creating sprites for them if they aren't actually going to be used "for real" at some point, but the lack of names and eyes makes it feel like they probably aren't going to be "actual characters" at any point, either.
What do you all think? I'm really hoping that they're going to be implemented eventually with names and eyes, because I would legitimately throw all my stones and tickets to fully-slot that pink girl, even if she's permanent and terrible gameplay-wise. Her design is literally everything I ever wanted in a meguca design (and probably what I'd want to look like if I were a meguca haha), and I really hope I'm not getting my hopes up too high for a nameless/eyeless girl who probably won't ever even show up again xD

He knew that this was his moment to prove his determination and resilience. The mystical woman appeared, cloaked in a shimmering gown and surrounded by an aura of ancient power. She gazed at Lucius with eyes that seemed to hold all the knowledge of the universe. "Speak your wish," she commanded. Taking a deep breath, Lucius spoke from the depths of his soul. He wished for the power to bring peace to his war-torn homeland and to protect the ones he loved. The magical woman nodded solemnly, a faint smile gracing her lips. "If you truly desire this wish, you must understand that true power lies within oneself," she said. "With the pureness of your intentions and the strength of your spirit, you shall be granted the power you seek." As Lucius emerged from the grove, his heart filled with newfound determination and a sense of purpose. He knew that the journey to fulfill his wish would not be easy, but he was ready to face the challenges ahead. From that day forward, Lucius became a hero in his own right, using the lessons he had learned from the magical woman to protect his homeland and spread peace throughout the land. He had obtained the favor of the mysterious magical woman, but it was his own courage and beliefs that truly transformed him into the hero he had always dreamed of becoming..
