Because before she charged me when I asked about the shape, she talked to her coworker in Vietnamese or Chinese or whatever their language is, and then she decided to charge me after her coworker agreed with her. I needed a manicure and my eyebrows wax in less than an hour . I got seated right away. An older dude came and was already mad! He proceed doing my manicure gave me a shitty massage (only put lotion on my hands and rub them a little bit ) he started painting my nails. I wanted a design , ugliest baseball ball design that he gave me. Finally after 30 mins he was done.. I had told the lady at front desk that I wanted my eyebrows waxed. After she seen I was done with my manicure she ask me if I still wanted the wax. I told her no and the lady that was supposed to do them for me , got mad cus I said no , I didn't have time . They told me it's okay I will take less then 5 mins. I should of never agreed but okay I went and got them wax .. I wasn't even sit when she had already put wax on my eyebrow finally she was done in 2 mins. Seem to good to be true. I got home and my right eyebrow wasn't even waxed all the way . The paint on the nails was chipping already. I came back to ask for my money back cus it was a shitty ass job , they said noo that it was my fault because it was in such a hurry. The place is clean and the workers there are very friendly. The spa chairs looks to be very clean and I had a wonderful foot massage by the powerful jet plus the massage chair felt so good I almost felt asleep while watching TV. My wife had her feet done and it came out perfect, no wonder why she tells me this is her favorite place to go. I give them 5 star for professionalism, cleanliness and the friendly attitude. As soon as I walked into the door, the owner Cindy greets me. She told me it was going to be a bit of a wait because her and her partner John were working on two clients. I didn't mind waiting because I had some magazines to look at to keep myself occupied. As soon as Cindy and John were finished with their clients, John applied the white tips while Cindy applied the gel and other good stuff. I really like that Cindy and John made an effort to engage in a conversation even if they had broken English. They're charming sweet people. I also liked how quiet and private it was and that Cindy took her time fixing my nails.Overall, the outcome of my gel acrylic french white tip nails came out well. I kind of wished Cindy double checked to make sure there were no excess gel on my skin, so I didn't have to peel it off.
