Magic Nail refused to refund remaining dollar amount on gift certificate. I received a gift certificate for $100.00, scheduled an appt. on 1/12/21. I arrived for my appointment on time, I was asked to sign in and wait in my car. I waited 15 minutes. service was fair. I was charged $60.00 and left with a remainder of $40.00 on my gift certificate. I didn't want to return but scheduled another appt. on 2/4/21 to use the certificate. I arrived at 5:55pm for a 6:00 appt. and again asked to wait in my car. I waited 30 minutes then went inside told the owner 30 minutes was unacceptable and i wanted a refund for my $40.00 certificate. She asked me to wait 5 more minutes in my car and I said absolutely not. I don't want your service just refund my $40.00. She said no refunds and I said no where on the gift certificate or in your establishment does it say "No refunds" I don't want your service and I just want my $40.00 please. She again asked me to wait 5 more minutes in my car and then do my nails. No Thank you. I just want my money for the certificate not asking for a refund for the entire gift certificate just the remaining $40.00. This owner was rude. Then at 6:45pm Magic Nail called my cell phone and asked me to come in from my car for my 6pm appointment. ridiculous.
