It looks like a poorly made cartoon character with no personality. Additionally, Rocky's antics during the game were distracting and annoying. Instead of energizing the crowd, he seemed to annoy people more than anything. Overall, I found Rocky to be a major letdown and a hindrance to my enjoyment of the baseball game.
