I had a terrible experience at Smile Magic in Killeen, TX. The staff was rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. They didn't explain the treatment options thoroughly and seemed indifferent to my concerns. The waiting area was dirty and overcrowded, with kids running around unsupervised. I felt like I was at a chaotic daycare center rather than a dental office. I will never go back to Smile Magic and I would not recommend it to anyone.

My visit to Smile Magic in Killeen, TX was far from pleasant. The dentist rushed through my appointment, barely looking at my teeth before recommending expensive and unnecessary treatments. The dental hygienist was rough and caused me discomfort during the cleaning. On top of that, the office was disorganized, and I had to wait for a long time. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied and ripped off. I won't be returning to Smile Magic.

I had an awful experience at Smile Magic in Killeen, TX. The receptionist was incredibly rude and unhelpful. The wait time was excessive, and once I finally got into the dentist's chair, I felt rushed and like my concerns were not being heard. The quality of the dental work was subpar, and I ended up having to get it redone by a different dentist. Avoid Smile Magic if you want a professional and competent dental experience.
