The Hotel itself was fab, we used and abused the pool, yes it was cold but hey ho it was late October, slides at pool fab and larger slides round back fab also, foam party a bonus and on for an hour and a half. Ice-cream cart, waffles, doughnuts van fab, great for kids, small and large, lol. Drinks, plenty to choose from, slush great, proper brand drinks also. Rooms great, only used to sleep and bath in, beds lovely and comfortable. Fridge had prosecco, estrella, cans pop, orange juice on arrival and there was also snacks. Lifts worked the whole time we were there. Food absolutely loads to choose from, something for everyone, meat wasn't to my taste but lots of other stuff to replace it. Drinks available going in and out of resteraunt. We were in Block 1 floor 4 great views. Noise levels not bad at all. Not very far to the beach. Air conditioning Free. You have to pay 2.50 euros for a plastic cup which is changed to a clean cup every time you go back for a drink (for pool area) but it is refunded at the end of holiday, and a 25 euros deposit and 2.50 euros per day for safe, but refunded 25 euros on leaving. You can also go all inclusive plus which has added bonuses. Snacks from bar, crisps,nachos and nuts. Also rooms cleaned everyday. Also a stones throw away Burger King, Domino's pizza etc. Wristbands with a chip in for doors a great idea, no keys or cards needed. One thing you do need to remember is people definitely get up and put towels on sunbeds from 7am and towels do not get removed by staff as stated on signs. Only downfall for us was Humans leaving plates of unwanted food around the floors, now come on is this not asking for critters ? Which BTW we never saw any insects at all luckily. THIS IS NOT THE HOTELS FAULT, and again people smoking where they shouldnt, a little bit of respect for rules etc wouldn't come a miss. Outside the hotel not a lot about but again it's all inclusive you don't need to go out. Overall we had a fab holiday, and it was a lovely hotel, we always read reviews but make our own minds up.
