The flies that were coming in were beyond annoying and I didn't want to spend money on a screen/storm door because we rent our house. This Magic Mesh hands free screen was a great solution to allow us to keep the door open and prevent all the flies from coming in! It's also easier to walk in and out than a framed screen/storm door because it's hands free. Which is a huge plus for my two young kids, the youngest which is still getting the hang of opening doors. Also, it allows our dogs to go in and out as well. The dogs learned pretty quickly they could just walk through. The strong magnets close behind you when you walk in and out. Our door is a metal door so occasionally the magnets stick to the door if it's only cracked and walking in towards the door, but the majority of the time this doesn't happen and I've trained the kids to manually close it when it does. One of my dogs is a bad dog and door scratches to try and come inside so to keep him from tearing up this screen when the door is closed and we're not home, I pull the screen door open and away from his scratching spot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got the Magic Mesh screen door for our back door that has a number of large trees near it, the trees seem to attract lots of flies and mosquitoes so we figured this should do the trick and it really does. It keeps the bugs out while letting fresh air in. It was super easy to put up and with the Velcro strips we didn’t even have to pull out a screw driver. So simple! The magnets seem to be nice and strong and snap the screen door shut like they are supposed. it works great for us, we have no complaints. Great, useful product.

I will say it's easy set up and great for those days when it's sunny and 75 and you have the rest of the house open to the fresh air. It is good for a temp fix but not long term. I used this and while it is good for me it doesn’t keep my grand children or pets from getting out. Having said that, if you live alone or with adults only then this would be great for you.

We live in Texas and love to entertain indoors and out but Texas means lots of bugs. So it’s so nice to be able to have an easy flow to move in and out of the house without worrying if a bunch of bugs are coming in. Also eliminates a lot of me yelling for my kids to shut the door ha because as soon as you walk through the mesh closes itself. It was easy to install and works great!

After letting it sit for the recommended time, I was shocked to see that the stain was still there, albeit slightly faded. I tried again, but it had the same lackluster result.
