The Magic in Changing Your Stars

Eleven-year-old Ailey Benjamin Lane can dance—so he’s certain that he'll land the role of the Scarecrow in his school’s production of The Wiz. Unfortunately, a talented classmate and a serious attack of nerves derail his audition: he just stands there, frozen. Deflated and defeated, Ailey confides in his Grampa that he’s ready to quit. But Grampa believes in Ailey, and, to encourage him, shares a childhood story. As a boy, Grampa dreamed of becoming a tap dancer; he was so good that the Hollywood star and unofficial Mayor of Harlem, Bill "Bojangles" Robinson, even gave him a special pair of tap shoes. Curious, Ailey finds the shoes, tries them on, taps his toes, and makes a wish. In the blink of an eye, he finds himself somewhere that if most definitely no place like home! Featuring an all-African-American cast of characters, and infused with references to black culture and history, this work of magical realism is sure to captivate and inspire readers.

Reviews for "Unlock the Power of Exfoliation with Bliss Micro Magic Dermabrasion Scrub"

- Jane - ★☆☆☆☆ - I was really disappointed with the Bliss micro magic dermabrasion scrub. First of all, it was way too harsh on my skin. It felt like I was rubbing sandpaper on my face. Even after using it gently, my skin was left red, irritated, and in pain. Secondly, I didn't notice any difference in my skin texture or appearance after using it for a couple of weeks. I was expecting some sort of smoothing effect, but instead, all I got was discomfort and frustration. I definitely won't be repurchasing this product.
- Mark - ★★☆☆☆ - I gave the Bliss micro magic dermabrasion scrub a try, but it just didn't work for me. The scent was overpowering and reminded me of chemicals, which is not something I want on my face. Additionally, the texture of the scrub was too coarse for my liking. I felt like I was scrubbing my face with gravel. I didn't see any noticeable improvement in my skin after using it, and it left my face feeling dry and stripped of moisture. Overall, I was disappointed with this product and wouldn't recommend it.
- Sarah - ★★☆☆☆ - I had high hopes for the Bliss micro magic dermabrasion scrub, but it fell short of my expectations. Firstly, the packaging was not user-friendly. I found it difficult to squeeze out the right amount of product without wasting some of it. Secondly, the scrub itself was too abrasive for my sensitive skin. It caused redness and irritation, which persisted for hours. Lastly, I didn't see any significant improvement in my skin texture or appearance. It didn't live up to its claims of being a "micro magic" scrub. Unfortunately, this product didn't work for me and I won't be repurchasing it.
- Alex - ★☆☆☆☆ - The Bliss micro magic dermabrasion scrub was a total waste of money for me. The texture was extremely gritty and rough, making it painful to use. It left my skin feeling raw and irritated, with no improvement in texture or appearance. Additionally, the scent was unpleasant and lingered on my face even after washing it off. I don't understand how this scrub is considered "dermabrasion" when it only caused discomfort and disappointment. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
