The Green Witch Tarot Guidebook is a valuable resource for those interested in the world of tarot and witchcraft. This guidebook, available in PDF format, provides comprehensive information on the Green Witch Tarot deck, offering a deeper understanding of each card and their associated meanings. One of the main focuses of the Green Witch Tarot deck is its emphasis on nature and the natural world. The guidebook explores the connection between the tarot and nature, delving into the symbolism and imagery used within the deck. It also explains how to use the cards to tap into the energies of the natural world, allowing for a more intuitive and holistic reading experience. The guidebook explores each card in depth, providing interpretations for both upright and reversed positions.

Zeebad

Zeebad is the main antagonist of the 2005 film adaptation of The Magic Roundabout, known as Doogal for the US redub. He is an evil ice wizard Zebedee locked away 10,000 years ago to stop him from freezing the world.

The guidebook explores each card in depth, providing interpretations for both upright and reversed positions. It goes beyond the traditional meanings of the cards and incorporates the wisdom of green witchcraft, incorporating elements such as herbs, crystals, and nature spirits into the interpretations. This unique approach adds an extra layer of depth and richness to the readings.

Why He's Our Zeebad

NOTE: This page focuses mainly on the character depicted in the original British and French versions of the film.

  1. He is one of the original characters created for the film and serves as the main threat to Dougal, Zebedee and their friends.
  2. Like Zebedee, Zeebad is the same species as him where he bares a resemblance to Zebedee with a similar appearance and produces some icy magic in the form of cryokinesis.
  3. Zeebad is considered one of the evilest villains by animated film standards as he is sinister, menacing and intimating. In addition, he is well aware of his status as a despicable fiend (in Dougal's words).
  4. In the epic battle scene between himself and Zebedee, he defeats his opponent by overpowering him and trapping him in ice before making him fall to his presumed demise.
  5. After taking the first diamond and the map, Zeebad saves Solider Sam, his henchman, from falling to his death in the volcano.
  6. Zeebad is one of the animated villains who actually succeeds with his plans, as he manages to get revenge on Zebedee by defeating him, taking both diamonds and obtaining all three diamonds that he needs to freeze the sun in order to fully freeze the world. However, he almost succeeds in freezing the sun until the gang intervene and takes back the diamonds, thus leading to his downfall and eventual re-imprisonment.
  7. He ultimately gets his comeuppance at the end of the film after Dougal places the third diamond in its slot on the roundabout where Zeebad is reimprisoned.
  8. Tom Baker and Michel Galabru did outstanding performances in voicing the villains in the respective versions.

1. Rachel - ★☆☆☆☆
I was really excited to get my hands on the "Green Witch Tarot Guidebook" as I am a fan of tarot and the green witch aesthetic. However, I was quite disappointed with this book. The explanations of the cards were very brief and lacked depth. I was hoping for more intricate interpretations that related to the natural world, but instead, it felt like generic explanations that could be found in any tarot guidebook. Additionally, the formatting of the book was chaotic and hard to follow. Overall, I didn't find this guidebook to be helpful or unique, and I wouldn't recommend it.
2. Michael - ★★☆☆☆
As someone who is interested in both the green witchcraft and tarot, I had high hopes for the "Green Witch Tarot Guidebook." However, I was disappointed by the lack of clarity and organization in this book. The explanations of the cards seemed rushed and incomplete, and I often found myself confused after reading them. Additionally, the accompanying illustrations were not visually appealing and did not add much to the understanding of the cards. I believe this guidebook needs more thorough explanations and better visual representation. Overall, I wouldn't say this book is a must-have for those interested in the green witchcraft or tarot.
3. Sarah - ★★☆☆☆
After reading the "Green Witch Tarot Guidebook," I can't help but feel underwhelmed. The interpretations of the cards were simplistic and lacked depth, leaving me wanting more from this guidebook. Additionally, I found the writing style to be dry and unengaging, making it difficult to stay interested while reading. The illustrations were also quite basic and didn't capture the essence of the green witch aesthetic. Although it does provide basic information for beginners, I think there are better tarot guidebooks out there that offer a more comprehensive understanding. Overall, I was not impressed with this book and would recommend exploring other options.
4. Mark - ★☆☆☆☆
I found the "Green Witch Tarot Guidebook" to be highly disappointing. The explanations of the cards felt vague and lacking in substance, making it difficult to truly connect with their meanings. Furthermore, the book seemed disorganized and poorly structured, making it hard to navigate through the different sections. The lack of cohesion and depth in this guidebook left me feeling frustrated and let down. I would not recommend this book to aspiring green witches or anyone looking for an in-depth understanding of tarot.
