Children would eagerly wait for the day when they could catch a glimpse of her flying by, hoping to witness her magical abilities in person.

Ya conocemos cual será la duración aproximada de Blair Witch, el juego de terror que no dejó a nadie indiferente durante el pasado E3. Basado en un largometraje de 1995 de terror psicológico, Blair Witch no traerá las mismas sensaciones al videojuego. Se presentó por sorpresa para Xbox One y PC durante la conferencia de Microsoft y de momento no hay más sistemas confirmados. Desde entonces hemos ido recibiendo diversos gameplays que nos han permitido hacernos una idea de la jugabilidad que ofrece este título de terror, así como de posibilidades y ambientación.
En una reciente entrevista a uno de los desarrolladores de Bloober Team por parte de GameWatcher, reveló la duración aproximada que nos iba a costar pasárnoslo. Según el desarrollador, pasarnos Blair Witch deberia durarnos entre 5 y 6 horas. Se antoja corto, pero el desarrollador insiste que el juego ofrecerá diferentes finales y será altamente rejugable.
A todas luces será una experiencia corta, pero intensa y rejugable, pudiendo disfrutar del juego una y otra vez con distintos desenlaces, aun que sin especificar cuantos. En lo que respecta a la experiencia del juego sabemos que, a diferencia de otros títulos de terror, en Blair Witch contaremos con un sistema de combate, pero muy superficial y casi anecdótico para no perder la sensación de vulnerabilidad. No sabemos como funcionará este sistema, pero ayudará a defendernos y así dar otras posibilidades además de salir huyendo y escondernos. A fin y al cabo es un juego de terror y cuando más se logra la sensación de miedo es cuando nos sentimos desprotegidos y sin posibilidad de defendernos.

1. Emily - 2/5 stars - I was really disappointed with "Oversized flying witch with broom". The storyline felt disjointed and nonsensical, making it hard to stay engaged. The characters lacked depth and development, and I found it difficult to connect with any of them. The special effects were also quite underwhelming, and the CGI used for the witch flying on her broom looked very fake. Overall, I found this movie to be a subpar attempt at a fantasy film and wouldn't recommend it.
