Jake Adams, a lecturer in the School of Interactive Games and Media at RIT, wants to make the intangible a little more tangible and created the first ever digital holographic comic. Using a specialized Lightfield holographic display from the company Looking Glass, the comic books explore the space between frames - becoming 3D holograms with sound, animation, and interactivity. “The unique part is that these holocomics put the characters and dialogue into our spatial temporal existence—in our space and time,” said Adams. “With the exponential growth of screen space in society, I think the world is calling for more tangibility.” https://brnw.ch/21wDBC1

He brought a volunteer onto the stage, a young boy named Timmy, who was both excited and nervous to be a part of the show. With a gentle smile, Dustin assured him that everything would be okay. He began his next trick with a set of rings, linking and unlinking them with precision. The audience gasped as the rings seemed to defy the laws of physics, seamlessly separating and rejoining in impossible ways. Timmy watched with wide eyes, amazed at the spectacle unfolding before him. Next came the grand finale. Dustin asked Timmy to choose a card from the deck, memorize it, and then shuffle it back into the deck. As Timmy did so, Dustin assured the crowd that he would find the card using only his intuition and magic. With a flourish, Dustin spread the deck across the stage. He closed his eyes, seemingly focusing all his energy on locating Timmy's card. Slowly, he began to trace his finger over the cards, stopping abruptly at one in the middle. Opening his eyes, Dustin asked Timmy if the card he had selected was the four of hearts. Timmy looked shocked and nodded in disbelief. The audience erupted in applause, amazed at Dustin's seemingly impossible ability to locate the chosen card. Dustin Tavella had truly showcased his magical talents that night, leaving the crowd in awe of his skills. His performance had captivated and amazed, demonstrating the power of magic to transport us to a world of wonder and disbelief..

1. Sarah - 2 out of 5 stars - I was really disappointed with "Dustin Tavella Magic Exhibition". The show lacked originality and creativity. Many of the tricks performed were cliché and predictable. I was hoping for something unique and mind-blowing, but I left feeling underwhelmed. Tavella's performance felt lackluster and lacked the excitement that I've come to expect from magic shows. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this exhibition to anyone looking for a truly magical experience.
2. Mark - 1 out of 5 stars - "Dustin Tavella Magic Exhibition" was a complete waste of my time and money. The tricks performed were amateurish, and I could easily see through most of them. The whole show felt like a cheap imitation of other well-known magicians' performances. Tavella's attempt at humor fell completely flat, and I found myself cringing throughout the entire show. I wouldn't recommend this exhibition to anyone who appreciates quality magic and entertainment.
3. Emily - 2 out of 5 stars - As a fan of magic shows, I was really excited to see "Dustin Tavella Magic Exhibition", but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. While Tavella showed some potential with certain tricks, overall, the execution was lacking. The pacing of the show felt off, with moments of awkward pauses and a lack of flow between tricks. Additionally, some of the illusions felt gimmicky and lacked the wow factor. Overall, I left the show feeling underwhelmed and somewhat bored.
4. Michael - 2.5 out of 5 stars - "Dustin Tavella Magic Exhibition" had its moments, but overall, it was a mediocre performance. Tavella had some decent tricks up his sleeve, but there was nothing particularly groundbreaking or innovative about his act. The show lacked a cohesive theme and felt disjointed at times. Additionally, the audience interaction felt forced, and Tavella's stage presence didn't quite capture my attention. While it wasn't the worst magic show I've seen, it certainly didn't leave a lasting impression either.
