1. John Doe - 2 stars - I recently stayed at Magic Splash Benidorm and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The hotel itself was outdated and in need of renovations. The room was small and had a strange smell. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, and the food at the buffet was mediocre at best. The worst part was the water park, which was overcrowded and not properly maintained. The slides were dirty and the water had an unpleasant odor. Overall, I would not recommend staying at Magic Splash Benidorm.

2. Jane Smith - 1 star - My family and I had a terrible experience at Magic Splash Benidorm. The hotel was extremely noisy, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms. The water park was a complete disaster. The pools were dirty and the water had an unsettling color. The slides were poorly designed and dangerous, causing my daughter to hurt herself. The staff showed no concern or empathy for the situation. The food at the restaurant was repetitive and tasted bland. The only saving grace was the location, which was close to the beach. However, I would not stay at this hotel again due to the overall poor experience.
