Magic Tree House 12: Polar Bears past Bedtime is the twelfth book in the popular children's series by Mary Pope Osborne. About the Author

MARY POPE OSBORNE is the author of the New York Times number one bestselling Magic Tree House series. She and her husband, writer Will Osborne (author of Magic Tree House: The Musical), live in northwestern Connecticut with their three dogs. Ms. Osborne is also the coauthor of the companion Magic Tree House Fact Trackers series with Will, and with her sister, Natalie Pope Boyce.

SAL MURDOCCA has illustrated more than 200 children's trade and text books. He is also a librettist for children's opera, a video artist, an avid runner, hiker, and bicyclist, and a teacher of children's illustration at the Parsons School of Design. 1. Emily - 2/5 stars - I was really disappointed with "Magic Treehouse 12". I have been a fan of the series for a long time, but this book just didn't live up to my expectations. The plot felt rushed and underdeveloped, and the characters lacked depth. Additionally, I found the writing style to be repetitive and uninspiring. Overall, I was left feeling unsatisfied and let down by this installment of the series.
2. James - 1/5 stars - "Magic Treehouse 12" was a complete waste of time and money. The storyline was weak and unoriginal, and there was a lack of any real substance. The writing was simplistic and lacked any sort of depth or nuance. I found myself bored and disengaged throughout the entire book. I would not recommend wasting your time on this lackluster addition to the series.
