I had a terrible experience at Magical Moments Villa. First of all, the property was not well-maintained. The pool was dirty, the furniture was outdated, and there were even some bugs in the kitchen. Secondly, the customer service was subpar. The staff was not friendly or helpful, and they did not respond promptly to our inquiries or concerns. Overall, I would not recommend this villa for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.
