Applying this pre-shampoo treatment and allowing it to soak into my scalp calms my irritation down and doesn t in any way add to my hair being extra oily.

Kiehl’s Magic Elixir Review!

To be honest, Kiehl’s is still a brand that is pretty new to me. I’ve never worked in a store that sold Kiehl’s and a lot of what I know about cosmetics came from working with them firsthand!

The store that I work in now, however, has a beautiful Kiehl’s counter and the ladies that work there are so knowledgeable! I spent some time browsing their products when I turned to my coworker, Susan, and said, “You guys have hair care?!”

I told Susan about how my scalp has had issues for a few years. It gets dry, flakey, and extremely itchy! Now that I don’t usually straighten my hair, it is a lot easier for me to shampoo it more often, but I still find myself scratching!

Susan, June, and Jessica (my Kiehl’s ladies!) recommended their Magic Elixir and sent me home with a sample!

If you can’t tell from this full sized bottle, I was hooked after using just one sample!

This is a scalp (and hair) oil, which would usually scare me away, but this doesn’t do what normal oils do. It doesn’t leave a residue, it is easy to rinse out, smells AMAZING, and best of all, it totally fixes my scalp problem!

So far, I’ve used this twice and my scalp feels so much better! I really can tell the difference between when I used it and when I don’t. This past week, I decided to wash my hair without using the oil first and within a day, my scalp was flaking and itchy.

The bottle on this make it so easy to apply directly to your scalp and then I just rub it in with my fingers! I leave it on anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes depending on what I’m doing. It’s even made my hair feel softer!

That’s not even the BEST part though, you guys….this is only $20!! Kiehl’s could totally sell this for a price that I could never afford because it’s THAT good, but instead you’ll be paying the same price as something you could pick up at Walgreens!

And, of course, because these ladies are just that awesome, they sent me home with more samples to try…I think they just want my money 😉

Thank you Susan, June, and Jessica, you gals are my favs! 🙂

Has anyone else tried Kiehl’s? If you live near a Kiehl’s counter, I urge you to stop by and check out some of their products! If you’re in the Memphis area, definitely stop by our Dillard’s at Wolfchase Galleria and see my girls!

Today I want to talk about the Kiehl’s Magic Elixir. This hair product is straight up magic for a dry scalp! Do you have issues with dry scalp? I sure do. My scalp gets irritated and inflamed very easily. It’s mostly triggered by weather changes, but also certain ingredients in hair products seem to irritate it a lot. It gets dry, flaky, and sometimes my scalp is so irritated it’s red and patchy. NO GOOD!

Reviews for "The Importance of Diversity and Inclusion at Magic Leap's Work Environment"

1. John - 1 star - The work environment at Magic Leap was extremely toxic and unproductive. The management had no clear direction and constantly changed their minds about the company's goals, leaving employees confused and frustrated. There was a lack of communication and transparency, with important decisions being made behind closed doors without any input from the rest of the team. The office culture was also highly competitive and cutthroat, with colleagues more focused on outdoing each other rather than collaborating. Overall, it was a draining and demoralizing experience.
2. Emily - 2 stars - I was excited to join Magic Leap, but the work environment quickly turned out to be a disappointment. There was a clear lack of work-life balance, with long hours and constant pressure to meet unrealistic deadlines. The management seemed more interested in pushing employees to their limits rather than fostering a healthy and supportive workplace. Additionally, there was a lack of career development opportunities, with little to no training or mentorship available. The overall atmosphere was stress-inducing and it felt like the company cared more about its bottom line than the well-being of its employees.
3. Sarah - 1 star - I had high expectations when I joined Magic Leap, but the work environment was a major letdown. It was an incredibly hierarchical organization where ideas or opinions from lower-level employees were often dismissed or ignored by higher-ups. There was a severe lack of autonomy and creativity was stifled. The constant micromanagement made it difficult to feel any sense of ownership over my work. The company also seemed to have a culture of favoritism, with certain employees receiving preferential treatment and opportunities for advancement. Overall, it was a toxic and demotivating environment that hindered personal and professional growth.
