1. Alice - 1 star
I was extremely disappointed with my experience at Magic Springs Cabanas. The cabanas were run-down and not well-maintained. The chairs were uncomfortable and the overall cleanliness of the area left a lot to be desired. In addition, the service was subpar, as the staff took a long time to assist us and were not very friendly. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable day by the pool.
2. Jack - 2 stars
I was not impressed with Magic Springs Cabanas. The cabanas were small and outdated, with worn-out furniture and a lack of amenities. The pool area was overcrowded and there was a distinct lack of supervision, leading to noisy and disruptive behavior from other guests. The whole experience left me feeling frustrated and wishing I had chosen a different place to spend my day off.
3. Emily - 2 stars
I had high hopes for Magic Springs Cabanas, but unfortunately, they fell short of my expectations. The cabanas were not properly cleaned when we arrived, and the lack of attention to detail was evident. The food and drinks offered were overpriced and of poor quality. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, making the overall experience less than enjoyable. I would advise others to look elsewhere for a better poolside experience.
