Divination fragments may be obtained from level 70 Divination onward. 90 to 110 fragments are received at 5-minute intervals, with a 1/2,500 chance [1] of receiving an additional 3,600 fragments when one is gained. The cooldown is shared with the other skilling outfit fragments. At higher levels the amount of fragments is increased:
- At level 99, 2x the fragments drop.
- At level 120, 3x the fragments drop.
- At 200 million experience, 4x the fragments drop.
When the ability to gain the fragments is obtained, the following message is seen: You will now start to gather divination fragments in your currency pouch which can be used to make pieces of the divine simulacrum outfits.
When gaining fragments, the following message is seen (unless game is filtered): You have earned [NUMBER] divine fragments. They have been added to your currency pouch.
They may be combined at an inventor's workbench to create pieces from the Divination chronicle, energy, and memory outfits.
3,600 fragments are required to create each outfit piece; so 18,000 are needed to make one full outfit and 54,000 are required to make all three outfits, with no additional cost to combine the three outfits to make the elder divination outfit. The fragments will be collected in the currency pouch and can be assembled into outfit pieces once the player has researched the Invention blueprints, which will require level 20 Invention and 80 Divination. The outfit pieces created will be random, but players will not receive duplicate pieces. Once the elder divination set has been made, all remaining fragments will be destroyed and no more will be obtained.
The maximum time to obtain the fragments necessary for all three divination sets would be exactly 50 hours. This assumes the lowest fragments per five minutes (90) with no occurrences of the 3,600 bonus.
The average time to obtain the necessary fragments is 44.37 hours, assuming it is done under level 99 Divination.
These fragments can then be traded in for experience points in the Divination skill. Players can exchange their fragments with a non-player character called a "divination tutor" in exchange for experience points. The amount of experience gained is based on the number of fragments exchanged.

Divination chronicle outfit
Divination chronicle outfit is an outfit that could be obtained from Treasure Hunter or created with the Invention skill. The outfit pieces can each be made at Level 80 Divination and Level 20 Invention by combining 3,600 divination fragments at an Inventor's workbench, after discovering the blueprint at the workbench.
The Divination chronicle outfit can be combined with the Divination energy outfit and Divination memory outfit to make the Elder divination outfit for additional benefits. Pieces of the Divination chronicle outfit can only be traded for other parts of the divination outfits. They cannot be traded for anything else.
