The Miss Baker® is a small-sized double arm mixer capable of providing the best technology for the preparation of leavened doughs, even with 100% hydration. It is the very first bench mixer with double arms to knead small quantities.
Miss Baker PRO XL is the larger of the two mixers and kneads between 1.5 kg to 6 kg of dough and yet still occupies a small space.
Miss Baker PRO kneads between 0.5 kg to 3 kg of dough.
Miss Baker® PRO and PRO XL are both suitable for larger yeast preparations in confectioneries, basic dough for bread, pizzas and focaccia, short pastry, flaky pastry and egg pasta, sweet dough, brioches and panettone as well as refreshments for sourdough.
