#ProPlantTips for Care:

Easy to grow Crape Myrtles, sometimes spelled as one word or as Crepe Myrtle, need full sun for the strongest growth and the most blooms! Provide a very well-drained location with regular moisture access for your new plant, then after your plant is established, you should only need to supply supplemental moisture during extreme drought. Topping the soil layer off with a 3-4 inch deep layer of arborist mulch will greatly reduce moisture evaporation and keep the roots cool in summer and insulated in the winter.

Purple Magic can be kept just about any size you'd like with yearly pruning in the early spring before it starts growing. Blooming on new wood, you can even trim your shrub close to the ground and watch as it bounces back quickly! Deadhead blooms to be gifted with a rebloom in late summer, or just to keep the shrub tidier.

Fertilize each spring with a flowering shrub fertilizer but keep lawn fertilizer away due to the high nitrogen causing excessive leafy growth and impeding flowering. As for powdery mildew, Crape Myrtles are developed with a strong resistance to it, but situating your shrub in the morning sun to dry the leaves and in an area with good air circulation helps significantly!

  • Full Sun For The Most Blooms
  • Widely Adaptable To Any Well-Drained Soil
  • Drought Tolerant Once Established
  • Prune Early Spring
  • Deer Don't Prefer the Taste

Reviews for "Take Your Gray Hair to the Next Level with Ardell Magic Gray Solution"

1. Emma - 2 stars - I was really disappointed with the Ardell magic gray solution. I bought it hoping that it would temporarily cover my gray roots until my next salon appointment, but it didn't work at all. The color was too light and didn't match my natural hair color. It also made my hair feel sticky and weighed down. I followed the instructions carefully, but it just didn't deliver the results I was hoping for. I wouldn't recommend this product if you're looking for a quick and easy fix for gray roots.
2. Ryan - 1 star - I had high hopes for the Ardell magic gray solution, but it was a complete letdown. The color was way too harsh and unnatural looking. It didn't blend well with my existing hair color and made my roots stand out even more. The formula was also quite drying and made my hair feel brittle. Overall, I was very disappointed with this product and would not purchase it again.
3. Sarah - 2 stars - I purchased the Ardell magic gray solution to touch up my roots and cover the gray in between salon appointments. Unfortunately, it did not work as well as I had expected. The color did not match my natural hair color and looked quite obvious. The application process was messy and time-consuming, and the end result was disappointing. I ended up having to use another product to cover up the mistakes made by the Ardell magic gray solution. I would not recommend this product if you're looking for a subtle and natural-looking gray coverage.
4. John - 2 stars - I was excited to try the Ardell magic gray solution, but it did not live up to my expectations. The color was off and did not match my natural hair color at all. It also did not provide full coverage for my gray roots, and I had to apply multiple layers to achieve the desired result. The formula was quite watery and made a mess during application. Overall, I was not satisfied with this product and would not repurchase it.
