The sparkling diamond talisman is a symbol of power, prestige, and luxury. Diamonds have long been cherished for their rarity and beauty, making them the perfect choice for a talisman. These gemstones are formed deep within the Earth under intense pressure and heat, resulting in their unique brilliance and clarity. Throughout history, diamonds have been associated with wealth, romance, and protection. Ancient civilizations believed that diamonds possessed magical properties, making them a popular choice for talismans and amulets. They were thought to bring good fortune and ward off evil spirits.

8) Vs Kazuo Kiriyama (Battle Royale manga)
- No idea.

Park composes clean, precise framings and emphasizes the full heft of impact, as super-strong beings slam each other through trees, walls, cars, etc. The Other One doesn t expand upon Ja-yoon s story, but instead sets about on an enormous world-building project, complete with a multitude of new characters and several elaborate flashbacks that hint at storylines that will presumably take shape and or coalesce in an inevitable Part 3.

They were thought to bring good fortune and ward off evil spirits. In addition to their mystical qualities, diamonds are also highly valued for their physical properties. They are the hardest known natural substance, making them incredibly durable and resistant to scratches.

Thread: Ja-Yoon (The Witch Part 1) vs various Peak Humans

The main character of the movie The Witch part 1: The Subversion takes on various other peak/enhanced individuals. Who wins?

Another interesting match up could be against Kimiko from Amazon's The Boys.

Loved this film, such a lot of fun.

She's stupid durable and ambiguously quick and verry strong.

Chen Zhen should go down, he's going to have too hard of time hurting her.

I don't know Grey.

John Wick - depends if he gets weapons but I really don't like his chances here.

Cap should be able to take her but he's going to have a real hard fight. I think he's just about stronger than her, she might be a bit quicker than him though.

Does Panther get his Vibranium Outfit? If so he should stop her pretty cold as I don't think she can really hurt him.

Why is manga Kazuo above Yulaw? I mean, he's terrifying but he's not as fast or strong as Yulaw.

They're getting a WHOLE lot better with 'speeded up fight sequences', I'll say. This stuff isn't bad at all.

In the second one she's fighting someone whose missed shots crater cinderblock, who body-blocks her through a steel/steelframed door and across the room beyond hard enough to partly crater the wall. She basically shrugs off everything he hits her with, casually.

Third fight, she gets a knife stuck in her side. It makes her swear, and that's about all.

In the first fight, there's an indication that she's moving faster than the people around her can react, but not a big one.

In the second fight, we see her disappear and reappear behind someone who is moving in 'speeded up' mode on camera. The vast majority of the fight happens at speeds impossible to achieve by real-world humans, due to the (rather good) speeded up camera work. We can't even see some of her strikes.

Third fight, a different character eats a whole bunch of shots from a Desert Eagle then promptly bullet-times the last one, smacking it away with her knife Daredevil style so it flies back and hits the shooter. Pity; would have been a good feat for her.

Hitting power/Strength

First fight, nothing hugely special other than 'clearly hits a lot harder than her size would indicate.'

In the second fight, the most important strike to gauge her ability comes at the end, where she basically front kicks a guy through a cinderblock wall, 20' across a room beyond, and the guy stops when he slams into a. metal table against a wall? Not sure. Hard enough to dent it, even after all of that. I'd be comfortable putting her hitting power 'beyond CBPH'.

Third fight, she effortlessly overpowers someone who can grab a person by the hair and, one-handed, toss them about 6-7'.

First fight, basically perfect accuracy even with no-look shots.

Second fight. She's blocking shit from behind herself. She's casually getting through the other guy's defenses and blocking his stuff. Part of this may be a speed advantage, but the blocking from behind is impressive.

Special powers
In the third fight, she. I don't know, blows out someone's brains with TK or something? Then either psychically freezes someone, or holds them in place with TK? Not sure.

So, a lot of the people on this list, I don't know enough about.

1) Vs Chen Zhen (Fist of Legend). H2H only
- She utterly wrecks him. Chen Zhen isn't hitting hard enough to do more than make her feel it, she's hitting harder than anything he's come up against, and she blitzes him.

2) Vs Grey (Upgrade). H2H only
- Don't know the character.

3) Vs John Wick
- John gets murdered in short order. She's faster than anything he's fought, and clearly tough enough to take non-immediately fatal stab wounds (or getting thrown through metal doors as if fired from a gun) without slowing down.

4) Vs Captain America (MCU)
- She's faster than Cap. She hits hard enough to hurt him. Not sure she can blitz, but if she can Cap is going down. If not, she still has a speed advantage, and Cap has one hell of an uphill fight even with the shield. I don't know, majority? But based on her second fight, there's potential for a blitz.

5) Vs Black Panther (Civil War)
- Civil War Panther doesn't have explosion suit, so. hard to say. His suit is still really resistant. I guess we're back to 'can she blitz?' If so, she's winning. If not. again, hard fight. Edit: like Nik says, suit provides a real problem.

6) Vs Batman (Composite Live Action Film version)
- Don't know enough about Live Action Batman.

7) Vs. all fighters from 1-6 at once with everyone allowed use of all standard abilities/equipment
- Too much, here.

7) Vs Neo as of the subway scene of the first Matrix
- Hm. He's not yet fully bullet-timing, I think? It's a fight. I think she hits harder than Neo. Might be faster. I figure she takes this one.

7) Vs Yulaw (The One)
- Yulaw is faster, easily as strong if not stronger, and highly skilled. He crushes her (haha, xingyi in-joke).

8) Vs Kazuo Kiriyama (Battle Royale manga)
- No idea.

Mileage may vary, and I'm curious to hear other opinions.

"Superboy Prime (the yelling guy if he needs clarification). " - Postmania
". dropping an orca whale made of fire on your enemies is a pretty strong opening move." - Nik
"Why throw punches when you can be making everyone around you sterile mutant corpses?" - Pendaran, regarding Dr. Fate

This durability adds to their appeal as a talisman, as they are believed to provide protection and strength to the wearer.
