Once you do that, then you go to a separate screen to fill in the word. When you tap each letter, the app makes the sound that letter makes. At the bottom of the screen, they have spaces for you to drag the blocks to as well as the letter that goes in that box lightly drawn. Once you have dragged all the letters to the correct boxes, it sounds out each letter than says the whole word while colors fill the outline. There are different levels of this part as well for more advanced readers. This includes not having the letters traced and including more letters that are not in the word to see if you were paying attention.

Bob Books Reading Magic: Keep or Skip?

In my most recent article, I reviewed an app called iWriteWords to see if it was worth keeping or if a different educational app would be better. For this article I will do the same thing except I will be reviewing an app called Bob Books Reading Magic. As you can tell form the title, this app will help teach kids how to read words, sentences, and eventually stories. The following screenshots show the order of how the app is set up. You start with a blank drawing with a sentence at the bottom. To start, you would click on either the sentence or part of the picture which in this case is a person.

When you have finished the whole sentence, the whole picture fills with color and the drawing turns into a short animation. In this example, Mat sits on the grass, picks up a dandelion and blows it into the wind. When you have finished the sentence, then the next one is unlocked, leading to longer and more challenging sentences. The full version does require you to purchase it.

After reviewing this app, I would say keep. It is interactive and takes it step by step, so the child doesn’t get confused. The app is easy to use, and the child can advance whenever they feel ready. The animations at the end are cute and are a good way to keep the kids entertained. It can get them thinking, “Let’s get this right so I can see what the person is going to do”. Moreover, the ability to level up when you get it right can boost a kids sense of competence and confidence. This makes for a happy child and a happy parent. I would certainly recommend this app to any teacher or parent.

Parents can also adjust the difficulty of the Bob Books apps as needed, to keep it fresh and challenging.

Reviews for "Morning Fuel: How Keurig Dark Magic Decaf Boosts Productivity Without the Jitters"

1. Jane - 2 stars - I was hoping that the Keurig Dark Magic Decaf would give me that bold and flavorful taste that I love, but unfortunately, it fell short. The coffee had a strange aftertaste that was a bit bitter and left me feeling unsatisfied. I also found that the coffee lacked the rich aroma that I usually associate with dark roasts. Overall, I was disappointed with this decaf option and will not be purchasing it again.
2. Mark - 3 stars - I'm usually a fan of Keurig coffee, but the Dark Magic Decaf didn't quite meet my expectations. The flavor profile was a bit bland and lacked the depth and richness that I love in a dark roast. While it had a decent caffeine-free alternative, it just didn't have that same robustness that I look for in my morning cup of coffee. I might try it again if I'm in need of decaf, but it definitely wouldn't be my first choice.
3. Sarah - 2 stars - As a decaf drinker, I was excited to try the Keurig Dark Magic Decaf, but unfortunately, I was left disappointed. The coffee had a strange chemical taste that was quite off-putting. The flavor was also quite weak, and I found myself needing to use multiple pods to get a taste that I enjoyed. Overall, I would not recommend this decaf option as there are much better alternatives available on the market.
