The mop head was incredibly difficult to attach and was constantly falling off while I was trying to clean. I found it frustrating and time-consuming to constantly reattach the mop head. Additionally, the absorbency of the mop was lacking. It left streaks and residue on my floors instead of cleaning them properly. I would not recommend this mop to others.
