If you have younger kids under age 5, we even have a Mini Magi Mode that provides all the magic of MagiQuest but in a game that is specifically designed for younger Magi.
To play MagiQuest at the Lodge, you’ll need the following: a magic quest wand, a topper, a Book of Wisdom, comfortable shoes (you will be running around a lot), and a belt to hold your wand (optional, but helpful).
You can find the belt along with other accessories at the MagiQuest store where your journey begins.

Tips for MagiQuest Adventuring at Great Wolf Lodge
Consider getting a topper. Many of the MagiQuest wand toppers have thrilling features like lights and motion, making it easier to be seen in dungeons and crypts.
Follow the Book of Wisdom. Remember, knowledge is power—and all that a Magi needs to know is written in the Book of Wisdom. It’s a book of clues to objectives in a quest written in verses.
There are countless volumes of this timeless guide. Young Magi start with the first volume, and once you’ve reached the Master Magi level, the Master Book will be revealed to you.
If you want to take an adventure, it’s a good idea to have all or most of the runes. Runes help you build and gain power! The runes available on Rune Quests are: Lightning, Enchant Creature, Music, Protection, Freeze, Distraction, Healing, Portal, Dazzle, Reveal, Ice Arrow, and Master Magi.
Listen to the introductions on every quest the first time you play them. Remembering details from the instructions will help you to solve the riddles faster!
You can always ask a “Questmaster” (pack member) if you need help. Questmasters will help you obtain runes which give you the ability to cast spells with your wands! They also provide Magi with important clues that will help you complete the many quests and adventures within the kingdom.
Kaitlyn says, “The best part of MagiQuest is going on the adventures. My favorite adventures are The Silver Dragon, The Amulet of Ursa Major, and The Red Dragon. Playing MagiQuest with friends is one of my favorite things to do, and I’ve done it for my birthday a couple of times, too!”

Take your stay at the Great Wolf Lodge New England to a magical level with a game of MagiQuest. Explore Great Wolf Lodge with your magic wand, do you have what it takes to become a true Magi?
MagiQuest is a live-action adventure game that is played throughout the main floor of the Great Wolf Lodge New England. Children, tweens, teens, and even adults complete quests to become a true Magi. You’ll need to stop by the MagiQuest Marketplace to pick out your wand, and any other accessories that you would like to purchase but are not needed to complete the game – a special topper to unlock special powers, belt, cape, ect. Once you purchase your wand you’ll be on your way hunting for hidden runes to complete the quests.

I was extremely disappointed with the Occult Book Store in Chicago. First of all, their selection was very limited and outdated. I was hoping to find some unique and rare books on the occult, but all I found were the same old titles that you can easily find elsewhere. The staff was also not very helpful or knowledgeable. When I asked for recommendations or more information about certain topics, they seemed disinterested and unresponsive. Overall, I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a quality occult book collection.

I visited the Occult Book Store in Chicago with high expectations, but unfortunately, it fell short. The atmosphere of the store was gloomy and unwelcoming, which made browsing through their selection quite uncomfortable. Moreover, the prices were exorbitant for the quality of the books. I expected to find unique and well-preserved editions, but instead, the books seemed worn-out and overpriced. The customer service was also lackluster, with the staff appearing disinterested and unhelpful. I left the store feeling let down and would not return.

My experience at the Occult Book Store in Chicago was extremely underwhelming. The store lacked organization, making it difficult to find specific books or information. Despite the store specializing in the occult, their selection was surprisingly minimal, and I couldn't find some of the basic books I was searching for. The staff seemed clueless and uninterested in their own merchandise. I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the lack of variety and knowledge at this store. I would not recommend wasting your time or money here.
