The language of 547.609 of the Texas Transportation Code was interpreted by the Department as requiring one label for each vehicle regardless of how many windows had sunscreening devices applied to them. With the beast's strength and Henry's bravery, they managed to overpower the witch and banish her from the kingdom. The villagers rejoiced as peace was restored, and they hailed Henry as their hero. In the end, both the witch and the beast learned valuable lessons about the power of kindness and the consequences of their actions. The beast, now free from the witch's influence, joined the villagers in rebuilding their kingdom and protecting it from any future threats.
