Singing can help you manifest?

I’ll never forget the “lightbulb moment” when I realized:

Singing is a manifesting practice!

Yes, that’s right: singing helps you manifest.

When you are singing, you are engaging your whole body as an instrument.

You are moving energy through your body through breath and vibration.

As this energy moves, it activates the body’s energy centers, particularly the throat chakra.

When the energy centers are activated, life force energy can flow through us more easily.

And when the life force is moving through us more easily, we can more easily amplify and “attune” ourselves to the emotions we desire to feel.

Our emotions are energetic vibrations.

They are signals to the universe of what we desire to attract into our lives.

And because singing brings us into an amplified energetic state,

We can use the practice intentionally to channel our energy into attracting more of what we want to experience in our lives.

We can literally “attune” ourselves to the frequency we desire to embody, using specific vocal techniques.

This is a special technique I teach my clients in our EmbodiedVoice sessions.

It’s a beautiful combination:

The practice of yoga + vocal technique + performance practice + manifesting.

I love teaching this way because we are taking the whole person into account.

We are not only listening for just how the voice sounds,

We are tuning into the energetic blocks we can release to free up the sound even more.

As as we release blocks, we experience not only better singing,

but also more joy and manifesting power!

I love being able to gift people with this incredible experience of discovering their authentic voice, and having the empowered experience of understanding how to use their voice to create the transformation they desire both in their lives, and in other peoples’ lives.

We are all here for a higher purpose.

The way we use our voices determines the impact we can truly create in the world.

And to tap into the full power of your voice,

It first takes tapping into the full power of your BEING.

I’d love to go on this journey with you and support you in discovering your powerful voice.

How do we actually learn to sing, speak, and express ourselves from an authentic place, and put it into tangible practice?

When I was training at music school, I learned wonderful vocal technique tools, but I didn’t learn much at all about my own personal authentic, soul-level expression.

And I spent many years trying to understand how to find my own expression.

It wasn’t until I started learning and integrating my spiritual studies and yoga principles with systematic vocal technique that I began to understand that there is indeed a way to create the conditions for authenticity to arise within the individual.

This was a eureka moment!!

And it’s one that I am called to share with others, as I want to live in a world where more people feel free and tapped into their authentic expression.

These vocal tools that create the conditions for authenticity starts with awakening the physical body and the physical voice.

Starting at the physical level, in turn, awakens the energetic body and opens the throat chakra, our energy center for self-expression.

When the throat chakra is cleared and open, we can experience freedom in our self-expression.
