As a fan of the Wizard of Oz, I thought it would be sparkle-riffic to create a pair of witch earrings using the green face and striped leggings motif.
Setting up the Blast Zone Magic Castle ZL is a relatively simple process. It comes with an electric blower that inflates the bouncer in minutes, allowing children to start bouncing and having fun right away. Halloween Jewelry DIY: Wicked Witch Earrings Video Tutorial
As the spooky month of October comes to a close, I’ve already taught several Halloween themed jewelry making classes to “scare” up some local student interest here in El Paso, Texas. As a fan of the Wizard of Oz, I thought it would be sparkle-riffic to create a pair of witch earrings using the green face and striped leggings motif. I wanted to make the legs movable for an added cuteness factor & I had fun making 2 different versions after some humorous sparkly student feedback.

Supplies for Wicked Witch Earrings:
- Size 6/0 seed beads: black and green (to match head)
- Size 10/0 seed beads: black, red and white (smaller than 6/0)
- 8mm green Quartzite beads (for witch face)
- 21×19 mm black frosted acrylic flowers (#PAF011Y-04 at PandaHall) or 24mm Lucite Calla Lilies at Amazon
- 6-8mm black flower bead caps or 9mm as shown on mine at Ebay
- Eye Pins (you can use 2″ or 3″ size)
- Headpins (you can use 1″ small head pins if you have them)
- French style/ fish hook ear wires
- Black Sharpie marker

1. John - 2/5 - I was really disappointed with Blast Zone Magic Castle ZL. First of all, it took forever to inflate it. The instructions were not clear, and it just left me frustrated. Once it was finally inflated, I noticed that it was not as sturdy as I expected. My kids were not able to jump around in it without feeling like it was going to collapse. In addition, the slide was too small, and my kids would often get stuck halfway down. Overall, I would not recommend this product.
2. Susan - 1/5 - I had high hopes for Blast Zone Magic Castle ZL, but it ended up being a total letdown. The material used in this inflatable castle is very flimsy, and it started developing leaks after just a few uses. Not only did I have to constantly patch it up, but it also deflated quickly, leaving my kids disappointed. The customer service was not helpful when I reached out to them, and they were not willing to provide a replacement or refund. I regret buying this product and would advise others to steer clear of it.
3. Mike - 2/5 - This inflatable castle was a waste of money. While it looked impressive in the pictures, the actual product was far from it. The bounce area was too small, and my kids were constantly bumping into each other or the walls. The material felt cheap and tore easily. It was a hassle to set up and deflate, and the included blower was very noisy. Overall, I was not satisfied with Blast Zone Magic Castle ZL and would not purchase from this brand again.
4. Emily - 3/5 - Blast Zone Magic Castle ZL was decent, but it didn't meet my expectations. The size of the bounce house was smaller than what I had imagined. It was also quite difficult to inflate and took longer than I anticipated. While my kids enjoyed playing in it for a short time, it didn't hold up well over multiple uses. The quality was average, and the seams started to come apart after a few weeks. I probably wouldn't buy this product again unless improvements were made.
