I had a terrible experience with Matic Fence in Athens, TX. First of all, the customer service was absolutely horrendous. The staff was rude and seemed completely uninterested in helping me. On top of that, the quality of the fence they installed was subpar at best. It started falling apart within months of being installed, and when I reached out to the company for assistance, they completely ignored my calls and emails. I would not recommend Matic Fence to anyone.

I was quite disappointed with the service I received from Matic Fence in Athens, TX. The initial consultation was promising, but it all went downhill from there. The installation took much longer than they promised, and when it was finally done, the fence looked sloppy and poorly constructed. I also noticed that some of the materials used were of lower quality than what was discussed. Overall, I felt like I paid a premium price for a subpar fence. I definitely won't be using Matic Fence again.
