These spirits are powerful entities that coexist in an unseen realm, known as the Spirit Realm. Through these contracts, users gain access to the elemental attributes and unique abilities of the respective spirit they form a pact with. In the series, the main protagonist, Asta, possesses an anti-magic grimoire that allows him to nullify and repel magic.
