1. Susan - 1/5 stars - I had such a disappointing experience at Witchcraft nails and lash. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. They rushed through my manicure and didn't even bother to clean up the messy edges. The lashes they applied were also uneven, and when I asked for a fix, they just shrugged me off. Don't waste your time and money here, there are much better places to go for nails and lashes.
2. John - 2/5 stars - I was not impressed with the service at Witchcraft nails and lash. The nail technician seemed uninterested and lacked attention to detail. My gel manicure chipped within a couple of days, and when I went back to get it fixed, they charged me again. The lash extensions I got were also painful and uncomfortable. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this salon as there are plenty of other options in town that provide better quality and service.
3. Emily - 2/5 stars - Witchcraft nails and lash definitely did not live up to my expectations. The nail polish they used was of poor quality and started chipping the very next day. The lash extensions were also disappointing as some of them fell out within a week. The salon itself was not clean, and the staff was not friendly or welcoming.
